Hi folks --
I am using a computer where the previous user used Mozilla Thunderbird
for e-mail.  I now use Outlook 2003.
Although I've set Outlook as the default mail client, whenever I use

Mayhaps I'm on drugs, but I recall that when I sent an attachment it was
ATTACHED as an attachment. Now when I send an attachment, it is included in
the body of the message.

We are using Outlook 2003, Windows XP  and Exchange 2003.
When some user (user A ) send an appointment to other user (user B); We need
that user B couldn't forward apponitment to other users (user C)

I need to copy the old messages from the exchange server mailbox to the
users' computer, this is because we are no longer using exchange server
anymore but pop3 and we would to completely move from exchange server.Please

I have just imported my Outlook pst to Outlook 2007 and discovered that I
can't see the links that I had set up between contacts. There doesn't appear
to be the equivalent of the Actions | Link commands in the Outlook 2003 menu
in the Outlook 2007 Ribbon.

I am using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP SP2.  My email account is IMAP
to UNIX.  I get hundreds of SPAM message per day.  The Junk E-mail
filter built into Outlook works reasonably well, but it doesn't seem
to run automatically.

Outlook 07 has dramatically slowed down and freezing my computer even after
archiving old emails.  Cant work without running about 500k mailbox.  Does
anyone have any solutions?    Seems a bitstrange that a new programme should
seem so inefficient!!

I have created a 2 very large attachments (65MB) by mistake.  The messages
have been in my outbox for several days trying to send.  I have right clicked
and selected delete but the message will not delete.  How can I delete it?

In Outlook 2007 under Win Vista Premium Home, I have set up multiple
profiles into which I have imported previously created .pst files for
common e-mail (POP3) addresses under Win XP Pro. I have imported these
files into Profiles A, B, C and D. Now when I look in the Outlook

How can I "save contact" to "contacts1" folder instead of a new folder
called contacts. When I "add to outlook contacts" it saves in a different
folder and I would prefer to have all contacts in "contacts1" folder. Right
now, I have 2 contact folders and it would be nice to have ...
