have "reminders" automatically entered say 15 and 20 days prior? I work for

in the folder, it works.

I'm using Outlook 2003 and if I reply to a message my signature works fine,
but if I send a new message it puts all kinds of extra spacing in. If I was
using work I would think that my paragraph line spacing was set to "double",
but I'm not and there is no way to change it.
