When I try to delete an item from my in box it only does a strikeout leaving the item in place but with a line through it. I've looked through all of the options but can't see where this problem is addressed.

Is it possible to manage the SIM contact using Outlook? Currently I sync my contact on my phone to Outlook and would like to be able to manage the SIM Contacts as well ie. consolidate the information, delete, amend etc. Thank you.
