My company does not have Microsoft Exchange but after research I was
able to successfully use our Windows 2003 Active Directory as a shared
address book. I am running Outlook 2003 client, and when I click on
the list, all the names and email addresses of the employees appear

I am working on Outlook 2003.   When I put the calendar on the screen
with a 5 working days week, I can right click on the hours and choose
to split the hours in 60, 30, 15, 10, 6, or 5 minutes.   Is it
possible to split them into 20 minutes?   If yes how?

I use www.filemyreceipt.com to upload all of my receipts and even
receipts from the web!  They say "never lose a receipt again" and it
is true! I dont have to use outlook and create files for my receipts.
when I want to return something, i go to the site, view my receipts

I am sure this problem is settings related, but don't know where to go to do
that. so sometimes I get an e-mail that contains a URL and when I click it
says the system cannot find the file specified. how do I fix this? thanks!

New in June Dell laptop. IP Verizon DSL. Just spent an hour on line with
Verizon support. All setting are correct. Outlook 2002 will send but not

I coordinate calendars for several physicians (which includes having
editor rights).  In plan a meeting, one physician's calendar does not
show all his appointments.  Some appointments will be displayed, but
others will not.  What is displayed seems random and sporadic --
