I have upgraded from OL2000 to OL2003 on Exchange 2003.
Is it true with OL2003 "do not deliver before" option you have to be logged
into Outlook for this to work?  As I am sure as a user I have been logged out
and it has worked.

I'd like to automatically add anyone I send an e-mail to as a contact.  I
can't find the setting to do this.
Is there a way?

format. However, outlook 2003 tags it as spam and puts it into the
