I had to have my laptop repaired. It was suggested that I back up everything before sending it in. So I did. I am now trying to reinstall all the programs and data that was erased during the repair. I backed up my Outlook (before repair) using the Import/Export in Outlook

Using Outlook 2003 I tried to export Contacts to an Excel file. All worked fine, except Category Children are not exported. I checked fields to export and both sides of the from/to field list are the sme, and contain categories and children fields....

Using Outlook 2003 with WinxpSP2. When our user wants to attach a attachment to a new email that he has created, it takes about 8 seconds for him to open up a folder to get to the file that he wants to attach.

I've exported my contacts out of Outlook 2003 and there is no field for "File As" that I can see. Is there a way to control this field when I'm importing contacts into another users contacts?

We have an exchange server. One user cannot see MOST graphics within the body of the email. You see a little red "X". Note: some graphics come through. When I send her an email my logo does not come through. ANy Ideas?

How do I search specific words/phrases/terms in Outlook 2003's e-mails? For example, "apple juice". Another example, "base" and not baseball. I tried using quotation marks like on Google, but that didn't seem to work. I was unable to find anything about this in its help.

A neighbor has ATT dialup, and just got a new computer that has Outlook 2000 on it, along with outlook express. The system is working, I used xp home's dialer to check the modem and it called out fine, so the modem isn't the problem.
