I'm a new user of Outlook 2007 and I've installed it on my laptop. I set the
program to leave email on the server but I'm finding that the same emails get
downloaded every time I do a mail check. So that now I have dozens of copies
of the same mail!

When synchronising my pho ne with Oulook none of my phone numbers on
my phone got copied over into Outlook for some reason. All the
calendar events from my phone were copied into Outlook but no
contacts. ON the other hand how I have most of my phone numbers double

(Outlook 2007) I am trying to create a rule to move all ingoing mail
with a certain text (Email address) in CC to a specific folder. This
type of rule does not seem to exist in Outlook...
Please help,

Any thoughts on why this would occur?
I've forced junk mail settings via gpo (low setting)... yet in one
case it works, the other it doesnt.

I can not connect to my Outlook Server, but I can connect to the
internet.  What could be the cause of this?

I have setup the spam filtering to send messages to the junk e-mail
folder.. but it seems some users spam doesnt goto their junk e-mail
folder, but their inboxes.. while others do indeed goto the junk

Following a problem with a corrupted user profile on a Windows XP PC, the
user now has a problem opening xls attachments in Outlook 2003 by double
clicking on them. The copy of  Excel 2003 loads very slowly and once it has

New vista laptop, installed our volume licence Office 2003, copied
mail settings from older XP machine, test mail settings reports no
errors, test messages go in and out with no problem, but send and
receive within the program gives error -

Any time send/receive is active, I see a message that outlook is trying to
send 9 messages (gets to "sending message 3 of 9" then fails). There are no
messages in the Outbox. This problem appreared after using Oultook 2007 for 6
months with no problems.
