My laptop has OL2007 whereas my desktop has OL2003. I need to export
messages from my laptop to my desktop (or otherwise synchronize the two
PCs). What is the best way to accomplish this?

Is it possible to create a html file in Dreamweaver, for example.
Then import it into Outlook 2007 and send.
Any ideas?

I am using Outlook 2003 and have a rule created that looks at the
email account that the email is coming from, and it is supposed to
forward it to my email address (external).

  Have 2 vip's that recieved a meeting invitation even though they were not
invited to the meeting in question. Don't even know where to start to
troubleshoot with this one.

I have created an application that creates html emails. The emails
have images in them that are jpg files on the computer that is sending
the email. (Emails are sent to user who sends them, so the images
should show, i.e. the link is intact).

outlook 2003 with exchange 2003. Once in a while a user receives two copies
off an email. What could be the problem?

Is a distribution list the same as an address list?
Have managed to create a separate address book and can create a distribution
list ok but cannot find any detail on an address list.

Is there a free utility for this?  (Outlook 2003/Exchange 2003)

Outlook 2007 is very slow and often tends to hang when checking email in
comparison to Windows Mail in Vista (same POPS). Windows Mail seems to check
3-4 POPS instantly while Outlook 2007 can take 10 seconds or so or even time
out at times.

When adding new contacts to my Outlook - the country "United Kingdom" is
added automatically to the end.  How can I stop this from happening?
