Has anyone out there ever had a problem in setting up the Microsoft Outlook
Email accounts. Or is this feature a flaw in the package?

I'm using VSTO 2005 (C#) to try to access a public contacts folder in
Outlook which contains about 1200 contacts.  Using
Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.MAPIFolder, I'm looping through all
of the Items in the contacts folder and reading them as Objects, e.g.

User1 is listed in User2's delegates.  User2 has "editor" access and the box
for "Send meeting requests and responses only to my delegates, not to me" is
