I have a Exchange server which we don't want to use to send emails (just yet) for varoius reasons. All our users connect directly to POP3 accounts to retrieve emails and emails are sent via SMTP directly through our ISP's mailserver.

I have a problem where my default font somehow got set to using the subscript effect. When I go to Tools > Options > Mail Format > Fonts and try to change any of my fonts, the only effects it lets me enable or disable are Strikeout

We have one user who has a number of mailboxes on the same Exchange 2000 server and a corresponding number of Outlook profiles on their desktop PC. Although cached-mode is not enabled, Outlook is behaving as if it is.

whenever I try to enter an address into the send to column, I get an incorrect address e.g. old address or someone whom I have never even entered into the address book. I am using the feature where you type in the first letter and outlook finishes the address for you.

In the To Do Bar I have two months calendar at the top and then it says No Upcoming Appointments although there are lots in the calendar for the next few days; beneath this are outstanding tasks. Under the To Do setting in views I have set it to show 6 appointments.

I had problems today to send a mail via Outlook 2007 (on WinXP Pro). Each time I did a send/receive all, Outlook would try to send the mail, but to no avail. Finally, I found that there was a problem with the recipient addresses
