Is there any way I can set a user defined field to show the date (and time)

I have a Exchange server which we don't want to use to send emails (just
yet) for varoius reasons.  All our users connect directly to POP3 accounts
to retrieve emails and emails are sent via SMTP directly through our ISP's
mailserver.

I now have had two computer develop this problem.  After I sync w/treo 650, i
cannot open outlook 2003.  I get following error.  anything I can do to save
outlook file(s). I have over 2000 contacts. when I open outlook, i noticed
there is no "INBOX" in the "Personal Folders".  ...

We have one user who has a number of mailboxes on the same Exchange
2000 server and a corresponding number of Outlook profiles on their
desktop PC.
Although cached-mode is not enabled, Outlook is behaving as if it is.

I am completely new at this and I need some help!

I have exchange running on SBS and my outlook client in WinXP. I have an ISP
email account that is accessed via exchange POPmail. I can receive my ISP
incoming eMail into the outlook client.
Problem:

whenever I try to enter an address into the send to column, I get an
incorrect address e.g. old address or someone whom I have never even entered
into the address book. I am using the feature where you type in the first
letter and outlook finishes the address for you.

Hello all, I hope that someone that reads this can help me. I am
attempting to remove ALL emails from the outbox with a certain subject
line (We send emails with a 10min delay to the outbox with subject

I have installed Outlook Connector. The first time I use Outlook after

In the To Do Bar I have two months calendar at the top and then it says No
Upcoming Appointments although there are lots in the calendar for the next
