I installed outlook 2007 and now I try to customise it but I notice that the
Tools/Opions and Tools/Customize menus are disabled. Why and how to enable
them?

As of late I've noticed I can not enter the Euro sign (€) in my Outlook 2007
e-mails invoking CTRL+ALT+5 though I can enter that symbol in Notepad.  I

I need to forward emails to a specific user to her external email. The user
only wants those emails forwarded who are addressed to her and not
