Why do some of my emails in Outlook have just a little red x where a picture or a link should be? How can I fix it so that does not happen? Thanks.

Hi all, i'm new to Outlook. I'm using a Windows XP laptop and installed Outlook 2003, but I don't know what to put in for the following: Incoming Mail Server (POP3) and Outgoing Mail Server STMP). What do I put in these 2 boxes?

I tried e-mailing a file that had a very large attachment. I have been trying to cancel it for over a day, as it is still trying to send it. Every time I try to do something to stop the e-mail it says that it has already begun transmission, so you can't make changes to it. ...

I'm trying to find where to increase the font size of the Navigation pane. This is the pane that has the folders (inbox, sent, outbox, etc.) I can change the fonts for the emails, preview, etc, but I can't find where to increase the navigation pane font.

After having set up outlook I find that there seems to be a password issue with the email account. Outlook will not save it! I have tried deleting the account and resetting it, and even as far as uninstalling and reinstalling the suite again, still same issue. Checkdisk shows no ...

I use the Task application of Outlook 2003 intensively. However, as many of my tasks involve attachments which must be stored with the task until completion, my Inbox file size increases rapidly, triggering company IT to send me "your Inbox is over its size limit" messages ...

I access 2 mailboxes through my outlook. I access them through the same profile so that I dont have to shutdown and restart outlook to change the mailboxes. One of the mailbox is my personal one and outlook properly caches it
