How can I tell if the OST file is Unicode-formatted or not?
Here is more details:
A laptop user intermittently receives emails with blank message body.

I am trying to find a Group Policy or registry hack to force Outlook to send
a read receipt for certain ones in an OU.

Just starting using Outlook 2003.
When composing an email, when go to address the note, it appears that there
are 2 Contact files - 1 is "blank" and the other has lots of my contacts.
It is the latter contact file that I enabled to use as my address book.

I can not get this to work correctly.  In IE 7 if I click on an RSS
feed icon, IE will ask if I want to subscribe to the feed and if I do
it adds the feed to the Outlook bar (just like Outlook 2007's
directions say it should work).

A few days ago, outlook 2007 started booting up all by itself seemingly
whenever a new message was received.  I dont want outlook to run all the
time and would like to stop this from happening.  I have not found any help
so far for this.  Can someone please help me with this?  ...

In Outlook 2003, I have my e-mail inbox and my boss's inbox.  Our server
recently crashed and it has been rebuilt, but a setting has changed.  In the
past I could monitor his e-mail by viewing and/or reading it and there must
