from the moment I started using Outlook I have used the Calendar to store my personal activities (i.e. "backup", a reminder which repeats monthly). However, I read that tasks are more suitable for personal activities.

Every time i click the send/receive button it will always say that sending is complete but receiving is processing. It will come up with an error 0x8004210A. I don't know what to do about this problem.

For some weird reason my Outlook stopped sending delivered receipts. I have gone into tracking and selected send receipts but still no receipts. Can anyone help me get this feature back. cpj

I am using Outlook 2003 to access my email on Exchange Server 2003. In Outlook I am now getting a message saying my message store is too large so I cannot download more items in cached mode. My mailbox is 3GB in size.

I have several user that have laptops where I want them to have their mail cached when they are on the road. I do not want their mail cached on every other computer that they roam to like the Terminal Servers. How can I configure Outlook so it will only cache their mail on just ...

Hi Groupies: In Outlook 2003 all of the outgoing messages seem to be double spaced on one computer. The format is HTML, no stationary. Any ideas?

I have just installed Outlook 2007 at home and everything is fine. I have upgraded at work and there is now ribbon. I am looking to roll this out across the organisation and want consistency of interface. Is there a way to turn the ribbon on when upgrading?

I want to customize my Outlook 2003 toolbar. I know how to add buttons, but how do I customize the button groupings by adding the vertical slash /separator? I can't find the separator in any of the categories/commands in the customize dialog box.
