Version 2007: Every time I flag an email w/a reminder, it defaults to reminding me at 4pm. How can I change the default to remind me at 9am?

Have Outlook 2007 as part of Office Pro 2007 with Vista Ultimate. I notice that the Address Book is actually the 'Outlook Contacts'. If I go to enter/save a new entry, it will not allow me to use the drop down box and put it in "Outlook Address Book". So there are no entries ...

Why are attachments sometime visible on the preview pane header bar, but sometimes I have to open the mail to see the filename to click on? I have no idea how many I may have missed because of this. XP sp2

The short question: Is there a way to allow multiple users to have a PST file open at the same time? Where one user adds an email the other users will see this new information?

I've gone into options and clicked on make outlook the default mail program, but it still won't send/receive mail. I've been using Express, but I want to try Office Outlook. I'm running XP, and Office 2003.

When the "Signature for new messages" is set to a signature it will not stay set. It reverts back to none. It usually takes a day or so for it to revert back to none. Any ideas?

I am using Outlook 2007 on XPSP2. What does "Through the specified account" under conditions in rules mean? Does that mean any e-mail that comes to a specified account or comes from a specified account or what?

Here's what I would like to do, but I did not see an obvious way of doing it in Outlook. I sometimes use a laptop to check on mail when on the road. Unfortunately the thing downloads all messages since it last looked into the account which may be weeks. Lot of email.
