Navigation Pane display's multiple Personal folders21 Mar 2008 15:26 GMT1
In the navigation window of my Outlook 2003 I see 5 Personal Folders! When I
open them up individually they are all exactly the same!  This seems a bit
disconcerting to me and I'd like to get rid of them. I can't seem to find
the way to do tis. Can anyone help me, plaease?

I'm trying to import my email messages from my Earthlink account into Outlook
2003 so that I can then import them into Windows Mail because I just bought a
computer with Vista on it.  However, when I try to import the .csv file
Outlook gives me an error message "a file error ...

I am trying to transfer Outlook details to a new PC.
Initially I searched for *.pst files and took the largest and opened it in

SP1 automatically installed yesterday for Outlook 2007, and I now get
"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on
this computer" whenever I try to click a hyperlink.  I Googled this

on Exchange 2007 (SP1).  Everytime the user starts Outlook they're prompted

I need to have emails sent to my exchange address (Outlook 2003) redirected
or forwarded to my gmail account.  I need this to preserve the from:, cc:,
and bcc: addresses on the original email.
The redirect rule will send the email to my gmail account, but it strips out

Hi all. I can get my Outlook half open, then it freezes. It says Outlook
wasn't closed properly last time.  Can anyone help with a fix? The data file
"Personal Folders" was not closed properly.

I have Outlook 2007.  Each time I send appointments from my distribution
list, the distribution list disappears on the To line and turns into semi
colon.  The users in the list don't get the appointment.  Can anyone assist
with this problem?

I recently upgraded from outlook 2003 to outlook 2007. None of my information
carried through the upgrade, so I lost all emails and contacts. My emails
were on an IMAP server, so i was able to connect to that once more, but the
contacts have disappeared.

I don't know anything about Outlook.  I use Windows Mail in Vista but my
husband has Outlook 2007 on XP Pro.
He is having numerous problems with it and we want to try reinstalling the
program to see if that fixes things.

When answering a mail, the initial mail sometimes appears with a blue line
on the left. I should like to get rid of it, mainly to insert my own text.
How to perform it ?

if i get sent a message which is addressed to multiple recipients, i cannot
open the main body of the message.
If i double click the message while it's in my inbox, that message opens,
but then i just see a list of recipients, and in the header row i see an
