I have a number of Outlook folders where I move messages to keep
organized. One of them is for client messages. It has several
subfolders. The structure looks like this:
Inbox

had completed that day.  It would go gray with a line through it.

Today when I tried to delete a calendar reminder that popped up, I got a
message  that it could not be deleted. So, I just closed the reminder. Then,
when I went to go into my calendar to delete the event, thinking that would

When I view the Navigation pane in my Outlook I notice I have 5 personal

"archive folders" in the mail folders list and choose open microsoft

End users keep deleting the whole Junk E-Mail folder without realizing what
they've done. I know OL2003 Junk E-Mail folder is protected just like Inbox
