I using Outlook 2003 to receive email (no Exchange server), and when i receive some email with .url files as attachment, I can't open it by double click the attachment inside outlook, I have to "save" the attachment to local and open it.

My Office Outlook 2007 pst file has grown to hundreds of megabytes in size, and I cannot do an online differential backup. Can Outlook store it as hundreds of 1Mb chunks regardless of folders, or split it into separate files for each sub folder ?

I want upon starting OL07 to have it normally go to Inbox, but instead go to folder XYZ if there is anything unread in XYZ. (BTW, I don't care if it does or doesn't when a new item arrives in XYZ after OL is running.)

I have an issue, where a page with some graphics and text opens up fine when I read it through OWA (Exhange 2003), but I only get part of the graphics when I view the same mail using outlook 2003 (Sp3), and the text is not even shown. Had anybody experience this and know a fix?

A strange situation has arisen where some e-mail has gone missing. We have an exchange 2003 server (part of a SBS2003 system) - fully service packed. I use Outlook 2003 to view my e-mail at the office. My wife uses a hotmail account.

I am running Outlook 2003 on WinXP SP2. I see the box pop up in the lower right-hand corner indicating that a new message has arrived, but when I open my Inbox, the message is not there. No matter which way I sort the messages, there are no new ones.

When I create a new email using Outlook 2007, a blank email pops up along with a Ribbon with serveral tabs. I'd like to modify the ribbon to display a "read receipt" option instead of a "priority" option. Can that be done or do I need to go into VBA to make those type of changes?
