Outlook 2003 user, receives email via POP connection. If the email host isn't able to provide with the recent emails, is there any way to recover the emails locally from the PC? The recover deleted items appears only to work with Exchange Server.

I keep changing each of my email addresses to "let Outlook Decide" in order to get rid of the "winmail.dat" attachments - but 2 months later - they all have been switched back again. I have hundreds of contacts. Its always the same ones that keep switching back to outlook rich ...

Hi folks! My friend wants to send an e-mail to about 100 people with an attachment. But the last time I used word to mail merge there was no option for an attachment so each e-mail had to have the file attached separately. Can I get around this?

Our CEO is using Outlook 2003. He said he used to have an entry under his Favorite Folders entitled New Mail, and now it is missing. I cannot find any reference to an item called New Mail in the Favorite Folders on the Internet. Is there such an entry and how would I add it?

We recently upgraded to Outlook 2003 but are still running Word XP. This means we can't use Word as the email editor. One user relied heavily on the autotext functionality for inserting frequently used paragraphs and sentences etc.

Why won't the send/receive details windows make an appearance unless I bang on the send/receive button a couple times and then it goes through as many cycles. I want to see the popup window as designed. I think I did the option right but who knows.
