I created a link from a web page to a PowerPoint ppt file. When the link is selected, the file opens in Slide Presesentation. I want it to open in Normal view. How can this be done. I have PowerPoint 2002 on my XP machine.

Can someone tell my why that when a use open's a Powerpoint file, whether it's an older file (PPT 2000 or XP) and saves it in PPT 2003 that the file size is huge? I mean a 2mb file can quite easily go to anything over 20mb Many Thank Kawasakigtr
