this is my first power point presenatatin and I need to save it to a disc to use on the laptop but when I try to save my presentation to the CD drive, I get a message that says the folder is "read only" and cannot be saved to the D drive.  How do I get it to save?  Thanks.

When I tryto convert PPT poster (template size is way bigger than regular PPT slide- this one is 4.60 MB), it will convert only a part of the poster, not all. I would appreciate help with this.

I know I can zip a Power Point Presentation and email it, but how can I keep others from editing it after they open it?   And.....do any other files need to be attached (for example the music file) to hear sound?

Ive built a powerpoint slideshow in Windows 98 SE  and it
