PPT 03 has a keyboard shortcut to start a slide show from the current slide. In PPT 02 the only way to do this is to click on a tiny button at the bottom left of the window. Can a macro be written to simulate that key click and start the slide show

I'm an absolute novice when it comes to adding sounds to presentations My immediate problem is that I have sounds allocated to one or more slides. The presentation is a manual one as there may be questions or additional ponts to be made as I go along.

I saved a presentation that was getting to be to large in size. It saved, but I can't open it now. I receive an error message that says "powerpoint cannot open the type of file represented by powerpoint". I did go over the recovering a corrupt presentation and nothing worked. ...

Is there anyway to skip a slide such that when you press back you will go to the skipped slide? Maybe somehow creating an automatic hyperlink that you do not have to click.

I notice in Word there are buttons available called 'Save all' and 'Close all' which are very handy when working on several documents at a time. I don't see anything like that in PowerPoint 2002 SP-2, this ng or on-line. What's the best approach to automating this? Thanks in ...

I have four excel graphs placed as objects in PowerPoint. Each time I save the PPT presentation all four graphs revert to the same "last" selected Excel graph. How can I lock the graphs to prevent the change from happening.
