Can you create non-printing objects in PowerPoint 2003? I want to put instructions for how to fill out a slide right on the slide, so the person filling it out has "online" instructions. I can't use the notes, because they contain content for printed distribution.

I was thinking of upgrading to office 2002 solely to get password protection on powerpoint files. Just looking for some advice here. Does anyone know how good the protection is? Does it prevent people from printing the presentation?

When I send a PPT to Web (paste link and blank lines under slides) the size of the slides in the Word doc default to 75%. Is there any way that I can change this default size to 100% besides manually resizing each slide?

When I click on the shortcut the Powerpoint logo appears then disappears then nothing else happens. Powerpnt.exe is in the processes list but not in applications. What's causing this? I have several machinces with the same problem.

When I copy and paste a chart from Excel with vertical text at bottom of chart,(dates), to Powerpoint, the text is not legible. It looks fine and prints fine in Excel. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Can I insert a PDF file into a PowerPoint? Right now I'm taking a snapshot in PDF and pasting it into my PPT slide, but I'm thinking there must be a better way... any suggestions?
