I give public presentations and I have recently been recording these using a
MiniDisc and a lapel mike (it fits in the pocket).
I want to prepare CD's of these presentations to give to various people

I would like (in PP97) to display a slide and begin a wav as it comes up;
then, after the wav is completed, start another wav to play (while that
first slide is still visible.)
How can I do that?

Is it possible to create your own specific templates for PP presentations? If
so, how is it done?

My question is with midi files and PowerPoint.  I know that midis are not
embedded.  I also know that you create a folder first, then put the midi
inside, then the PowerPoint with a link to this midi.  I understand that.
What I don't understand is how it proceeds from there.  After ...

I have a powerpoint presentation that is about 40 pages
and evrytime i try to print it. it will print X number of
pages and then i get this msg:
ERROR: ioerror

In 2002, if you have a presentation that lost its link it
will ask you if you want to locate it yourself. By saying
yes you can locate it then hit okay. It automaticallly
lionks it back. In 2003 that function does not appear.

Finally a programmer noticed that you don't necessarily want to show all
the bullets, then, all the graphics, or vice versa. If you mixed text
and graphics you needed to break up the ouline into a series of text

I have an animation sequence that should simply advance to the next page
after the last animation, as it stands the presenter waits for the
animation to finish then clicks, or forgets and gets confused. Is there
a way to trigger a page advance following the last animation, e.g. ...

In PP2003 is it possible to animate one click, rather that the whole
sequence of a page. e.g. click on the mouse icon, "on click" in custom
animation and it would play through to the next "on click".

just started using 2003 after 2000
in PP2000 in the Custom Animation dialog there was a list of Ojects to
Animate, this was a list of all the ojects on a page and you checked off

Is there any way to decrease the size of the slide and
increase the space for notes in the Presenter View? I
would love to see a bit more of my notes without paging
down.
