Can anyone tell me if a presentation created in either Powerpoint 2002 or 2003 can be saved in such a way that it can be displayed but not edited on a viewer's computer?

When I go to Insert, Movies and Sounds, Sound from File
and then I change the File Type to show All Files, and

Does anyone know why some read-only presentations after being opened and closed ask the user whether they want to save changes, when no changes have been made, and some don't? Is there any way to change this setting?
