I have a client who is using power point 03 for operatic

I have a presentation that i need to create that will run constantly
on a screen at the front doors of a small hotel. What I have done is
created a link to an external file done in word. Now as the events in
any given day change, (ie. Solon 'D' - General Meeting - 10:30am) the
