I have a PPT presentation with video clips (.mpg, .wmv)
which runs fine until the .ppt file and associated video
clips are moved to another network drive.  After this, the
clips do not play unless I re-insert them into the .ppt

I would like to align drawing object center or middle
without moving one or more of the objects I'm aligning.
For example, I have two rectangles where I want the
centers aligned. I select both rectangles and Align

Someone told me that it is possible to view the notes during a presentation
without the audience seeing the notes ?  Is this possible and if so how ?

Templates without knowing that, there is a new template available. Is
there any simple way of converting all the slides which are based on
the old slide layout Templates into according to the new ones?

I'd like to "share" a ppt presentation that is located on
a shared drive (like you can do with any Excel workbook)
so that more than one person can edit it at the same
time.  Can I do that? I have PPT 2002.

when i click on something to open in powerpoint, it automatically comes up in
full page and i can't minimize it or i can't get options to have more than 1
slide per page, like 3 or 6 with note lines beside them. what should i do?

How do I save my Presentation made on my PC so it can be

I would like some advice how i can work around animation problem in PPT.
I have a slide and have placed a picture at good resolution/'clear' into the slide.
I actually resize it to start it off as a small image/like the size of an icon.

I am running PowerPoint 2003 on a Toshiba Satellite 2455-S305 with an
NVIDIA GeoForce4 420 Go video card.  I can run a presentation using dual
monitors with the Presenter View appearing on the external monitor (or
projector) and the show on the laptop screen, but I can't switch ...
