I have a PPT presentation with video clips (.mpg, .wmv) which runs fine until the .ppt file and associated video clips are moved to another network drive. After this, the clips do not play unless I re-insert them into the .ppt

I'd like to "share" a ppt presentation that is located on a shared drive (like you can do with any Excel workbook) so that more than one person can edit it at the same time. Can I do that? I have PPT 2002.

when i click on something to open in powerpoint, it automatically comes up in full page and i can't minimize it or i can't get options to have more than 1 slide per page, like 3 or 6 with note lines beside them. what should i do?
