How do I remove all animation effects from all slides globally as opposed to
one slide at a time?

Using Powerpoint 2002. When I click on the slide show view, the task bar at
the bottom of the screen tells me it is working, but it cannot be restored or
maximised. In other words, I can't run a show in full screen mode as I am
supposed to. Is there a bug? I can't right mouse ...
