Is there any way, when putting a PP 2003 presentation on
CD that the Print item can be disabled on the right click
menu when viewing the presentation?

I have just upgraded to Office 2003.  I understand that

How do I convert/mofidy an organization chart created in an old version of
Powerpoint to the Powerpoint 2003 version. The help content says that by
inserting the old chart into a new presentation it will automatically be
