Is there a way to import an entire folder of pictures into Power Point?

I am using PPT2000 and after creating a template with the header and footer
in the notes area defined, I tried to apply this template to existing
presentations. It applied all the formatting and design changes, but it did
not apply the header/footer information in the notes area. ...

I have a flash file that is in an exe format that I wan to insert into a
presentation.  When I try to insert it the system tells me it does not
support the format.
Does anyone know how to do this?

When I  download  and open a .pps file sent via e-mail the application
behaves as if it will cooperate but I get just sound unless I save it and
open powerpoint myself.  Can anyone help me with this?

I have several small PPT shows with embedded audio for each show.  I would
like to link them all together in one continuous running looped show. The
show is for a kiosk and has to run unattended, so the links have to be
automatic adn the show has to run continuously.

i would like to export all slides of a presentation into image files(JPG).
Every image should be placed into a database, therefore i need
some text information to each slide:

When a presentation saved in Presentation format by PP 2000 is run with PP
Viewer 97, the text hyperlinks to a designated slide within the presentation
don't work - they go to the next slide instead of to the one designated.

Copied maps from MS Streets and Trips 2004 on clipboard.
Pasted into PPoint Slides. Map does not show up until I
save file as PPT. Also, when I open the slides, the last
map I pasted replaces the first map I pasted?

In my slide layouts I do not get the two options of 'Title & vertical text'

I have been using PP (2000 and then XP) for four-five years now as a
professional tool -- I teach sociology and I need someplace where to
collect my presentations for the classroom+my notes+links to resources
(images, movie files, and  so on).

I am creating a series of "test" slides with objects (boxes) linked to code.
Multiple Choice, True/False, Matching, etc.
What I'd like to do is be able to add any shape I want during development,
and set a property or variable in PowerPoint (not in VBE) that I can use
