I am trying to synq PPT slides to an audio recording of a
presentation.  Aside from using a reference video, does
anyone know of a mechnism available that will provide the
timing of an unrehersed presentation?

Hi - when in Edit Points mode, is there a way to select
multiple points at one time?  For example, if I want to
delete a bunch of points in one area of a drawing, is
there any way to grab that section of points and delete

when working in PP text appears in text boxes that are
active.  It appears to be material copied for use .  How
to stop it?

doing them one-by-one?  Or is it even possible?

How do I change from the left tab to the right and center tabs?  I click on
the ruler and it only gives me the choice of left all the time.  Is there a
way to change that?

I have downloaded powerpoint templates to my computer but can't locate them
anywhere.  I need help!

I am trying to create a 4 quadrant bubble chart in PPT.   I am not sure how
to add the data in the correct manner.  I am looking to chart three different
locations (bubbles by size), sales growth (% index to prior) on one axis and
cost per case ( $0.00 value) on another axis.  

I was trying to create a powerpoint presentation from a formatted word
document. However the entire document became 1 slide !!! How do I set up the
word document so that when I send to ppt it sorts as multiple slides ?

I am using PowerPoint 2003 - trying to make a photo album with audio & movie.
How can I adjust the playing time for the sound and the movie clips?   I
only want the photos to be on the presentation for about 6 seconds. The movie
about 20 - 30 seconds.  Thanks for any suggestions.

I have an odd problem that I cannot fix.
I am running OfficeXP.  When running a Powerpoint slide presentation and if
I black out the presentation (by using the 'B' key), I can bring the
presentation back by pressing any key (except 'CTRL', 'ALT', 'SHIFT' - may be

On the PPT title master the two autolayout boxes: Title and Subtitle
displays "Click to add title..." etc on new presentations.
Is it possible to add additional autolayout boxes, such as Client, which
then displays: "Click to add Client"...?

When adding a hyperlinked file a message stating "this may contain a virus"
and asks if I want to open the file appears.  How do I turn this off?  There
is no virus!!!

When I save my presentation (done in PP 2003) as a .pps file and then copy to
a disk, the pps does not open up in "play" mode on a different computer. It
opens up as it were were a .ppt file with the slide sorter view. How do I
save the .ppt to a .pps so it automatically plays ...
