Is it possible for a PPT to automatically update from a linked excel or access file while the PPT is running using Office 2003?? Please tell me it is and how :) Thanks!

...automatically advance the next slide. I have a diagram. The last object (lowest on the slide) is a flow-arrow which wipes from its top to its bottom. I would like to advance to the next slide automatically when the wipe is completed ... no mouse click.

I am using PowerPoint 2003 and have a presentation I need to make amendments to. Some slides have as many as 15 separate elements, often with one element appearing over the top of another.

When I print shadowed autoshapes from PowerPoint 2003 to Xerox pro 32 color printer (PS driver), shadows print as solid rectanges in front of shapes. More, colored patterns print as black patterns. I don't have these problems using PowerPoint 2000. What can I do?

Hi starting a new job and I'm running powerpoint 2002 and every so often I insert a photo that the color is just totally messed up it doen't seem to happen every time or with every photo these files are jpegs ranging from 1.3 to 4.5 megs. Could color space do this?

When I receive presentations via email that were created in a version lower that 2002/2003 all the contents on many of the slides will simply disappear. What is causing this? Can I avoid or correct it?

I downloaded powerpoint viewer 2003, but it won't let me open a .pps file. Error message says..."File does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel".
