I am trying to insert MP3 files into a PowerPoint 2003 presentation. I created the files in a software called TextAloud. A couple of the files will play but the majority do nothing. I have set up and inserted each file the same way.

Dear Sir If you can kindly follow these steps you would experience the problem 1. Create a PowerPoint 2003 presentation with a video link, save and close it. 2. Shift the video file to a different directory on a different drive.

sometimes we receive organization charts, from our mother house. Some of them are edited with Power Point 2000, and when they are re-edited or re-adjusted with our Power Point 2002 some line doesn't keep their original format. The boxes are all in the same horizontal row .... and ...

I'm using PP2000 -- I tried Insert->Movie From File... to insert an mpg movie into my presentation. When I tried to run the slideshow, the first frame of each mpg would flash on, and then I'd get a black screen. So I tried Insert->Object-> Create From File... with my mpg

Image through projector does not match desktop, appears to be adjacent as the pointer will move between the 2 displays

When using the projector the dcomputer screen extrends on to the projector scrren - ie the pointer moves from the right hsandside of the comuter scrren and appears on the projector screen insted of the projector duplicating the computer

When I create a file using the photo album feature, the crop tool from the picture menu is not available for selection. if I insert the images individually, it's not a problem.

I inserted a .wav sound file on slide 1 of a presentation. I want this sound file to play through all slides without stopping. As soon as I go to slide 2, the sound stops. How can I do this? (This is PPT 2000.)

I am using PowerPoint XP and I am copying graphics from one presentation to another. The presentations are very similar so I wish to keep the graphics the same dimentions. Unfortunatly when I paste them into my current presentation they default back to their full size
