I often use same 2 or 3 textures or patterns for filling objects, so I'd like
to create icon on toolbar so that I can just click in for fast fill rather
than selecting Fill Effects, and then my texture/pattern/etc.  I was able to

I received a PowerPoint presentation in slide show format. It runs
continuously. How do I access individual slides so that I can save them
separately? I've tried the right mouse options - they all have to do with
running the presentation, and nothing more.

Since office 2003 you can secure a presentation by using IRM (Information
Rights Management). You can access it by choosing File - Permission -
Restrict permission as... which prompts you to download some software and is
apparently free of charge.
