I'm designing a logo and need text plus clipart, but none of the templates available suit my needs. Is there a way to design my own? If there is, is it also possible to drag part of a clipart over part of text? I appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks!

I have designed a graphic consisting of a few autoshapes which I wish to put in the background of a powerpoint slide. I want to lock the shapes so that I don't shift it accidentally. How can I do this in the powerpoint slide ?
