I know how to save a powerpoint file as JPG. But is it necessary to lose so much quality? I thought there was a way to produce high quality JPG from Powerpoint but I can't seem to find it again. (Powerpoint 2000)

Hi. I'm using Powerpoint 2000 and want to slow down the fly in from bottom left animation effect. It comes in too fast for what I want to do. This is not the transition effect between animations but the actual fly in effect itself. It's a gif and I want it to take 1.5-2 seconds ...

I just saved my powerpoint presentation as a powerpoint show and burned it on a disc. It worked great and all the music plays and everything...BUT...the animation/effects that I set up for the text and some of the pictures doesn't come through...can someone please tell me why?

Some of my files that I try to move from Powerpoint 2000 to Powerpoint 2003 will not open in 2003. The programme says the files are not powerpoint even though they have a .ppt suffix. This seems to happen mainly to files with images etc.
