Please help! I am new to this and I cannot figure out how to link databases. I have a main database with clients names, company title, company addresses etc., and I want to link other databases to this so that when I change something in the main database the others will change.

If I open PPT and go to file/open, it just sits there and lockes up, I have to Cont/ALT/DEL. If I open my documents then click the PPT file it opens fine. I can make new presentations and save them but the open command doesn't

For example, if I want every occurance of the word "dog" to be hyperlinked to a specific slide, can I hyperlink all at the same time (as opposed to spending the rest of my life searching for every intstance of "dog")?

I am putting together one presentation that was sent to me via email as several separate powerpoint files. How can I combine these files so that when I am presenting I only have to open one file? I have tried to cut/paste onto a new ppt doc and it didn't work. Please help!
