Everytime I try to send a .pps document as an attachment, it tells me my
document has data.  Therefore it doesn't attach.

I'm using Acrobat Distiller to create PDFs of PowerPoint presentations, and
the resulting files are enormous-- take forever to display and print. Are
there ways around this? (Happens with all images, not just transparent ones.
Have already tried Distiller's image compression.)

Does anyone know where to get some cool backgrounds for a Church Children's
Ministry (1st-5th Grade)?  A lot of the PPT Backgrounds are too professional
looking.  I am looking for backgrounds that have cool graphics and aren't
cheesy.

When I choose to add a shadow on my text, the shadow color is not always the
one I want it to be.  Is there a way to change the shadow color?  Thanks

I am using PowerPoint 2003 on Windows 2000 Professional.  I have a 27-page
presentation with several slides having pictures inserted.  Two of these
slides are giving me fits!  I have inserted a picture on each slide and it

I am doing my slide presentation in a room that has rear screen projection
only. In the old days, I would simply turn the slides around (reverse them).
Is there a button or something that I can use with Powerpoint that does this
automatically?

I am trying to find out if I can change the slide itself to a portrait format
(like for a printer) The slides are all longer horizontally, but I would like
one to be longer vertically. I am using Office 2003.

slideshow or a flash movie: Presentation Pro, Articulate, PPT2HTML, Open
Office. MS Producer, PPt built in HTML convert.

On the master slide I have one solid picture (very light
beige) inserted as "background/fill effect". On the top
of it I've placed a transparent PNG, only colored blocks
