I would like to lock my slides so that others can insert them into their

I am using powerpoint 2003.I am trying to copy an excel chart into
powerpoint, (it saves space in powerpoint to past as a picture, but when I
paste it in powerpoint it loses the font color. It just comes in black. It
did not happen on the previous verions of powerpoint. Any help ...

While using the extranet, I cannot pull up files in PowerPoint, yet I have
PowerPoint on my computer.  I can pull up any other file... just not the ones

i have a complete slide show ready.  but i want a narritve as soon as the
person opens the show/slide.  at present i am just using an 'action' when
person hovers over text. i do not want to use this. however, when i try to

Can anyone tell me if they've evey used VBA to paste linked data (tabel and
graph info) from Excel into PowerPoint?  I know it's possible to do manually,
so shouldn't it be possible to do using VBA?

I know to transfer a ppt to vhs I can hook a vacr up to my video card
but on my video card i have one s video connection how do i find out if
its input or output als0 are there places i can take my ppt to on a
memory stick and have them put it on vhs or dvd?

I have creatred animated gif in imageready to run once.  They load in

I am trying to perform a similar function of Freelance Graphics in PowerPoint
2002. It is to total a column or row within the datasheet and only chart the
percentage of occurrence or average of each occurrence in the column or row.

I want to play music over several slides in a power point presentation.  I
can get the music in there and all that but cannot work out how to get it
play continuous.  I stops and then starts again on every slide.

I received a PowerPoint document from a client.  When I open the file it
says it cannot be saved because of an embedded font.  What can I do?  Do I
have to ask the client to resend without the font?  I tried copying and
pasting the pages to another presentation and it was grayed ...

Hi All: Using PPxp with FP03.
I created a presentation and seems to work fine but a couple questions:
1) can I have the presentation play in a small frame on an existing page?
2) what formats require the viewer of the page to have powerpoint installed

how do I change the volume of a sound in power point?

Can I show an annotation automatically in a slide show? Eg, an animated line
on a map showing the route taken?

PowerPoint 2003 - When I  set-up a command button I am unable to activate
Action Settings or Hyperlink to establish an action for the button.  Is this
