I'm having a hard time reducing a file in power point microsoft 2002 I cant get it down from the 200dpi to the 96dpi on screen/ web and save it Currently it is taking 1.5 mins to down load and show I need to reduce this to .5

I have prepared a PowerPoint presentation (2002 XP version) on my pc. I copied the ppt file onto my data-pen and then to my laptop. When I try to use the presentation on my laptop many of the jpg images are missing and all I get is a white rectangle with a red cross in it.

PowerPoint should automatically allow me to add graphical icons (let's say in the upper right corner) to a PPT presentation that allow the viewers to see where we stand in the presentation. In other words, instead of "page 15 of 60" we see a series of chevrons or some other ...

Can you show it portrait instead of landscape so it prints out on standard size paper in the right aspect. I like to be able to import text for each picture as well. without having to cut and paste each caption.

I like PowerPoint for everything except that I can't pan and zoom. So many other programs have this. If only I could combine them......Is there any way to achieve panning and zooming (Ken Burns effects) by purchasing or otherwise obtaining an add-in to PowerPoint?

I teach Algebra 1 and Algebra 2. I would love to use Power Point in my presentations. How do i type an exponent. y = x2 + 4 Should read y = x squared + 4. How do i get the 2 to look like an exponent?
