I am trying to set up "presenter view" on my laptop and the slide show on my
projector.  I have followed all the instructions in the MS PP help and the
presenter view will not come up on the laptop and the monitor/projector oly

I am able to burn a CD from the File menu in Explorer by sending it to my F:
