I have an abundance of P.P. Files that I want to save I cannot access them
nor can I open them to view them.  How can I change the attributes of these
files so as to save them or view them? I cannot E mail my files also because

Can I use fields within Powerpoint to count days?  When I open the file, I
want to have text that tells my how many days have elapsed since a date that
