Multiple Presentations to close02 May 2005 15:45 GMT1
Hi have a slide that launches other PPT presentations.  It works fine,
except when you go to close the slide.  You have to close each presentation
slide that it launched.  Is there anyway around this so you only close one
slide and thats it?  Thanks!

During a powerpoint presentation I want to type answers from audience onto
slides.  Right now I escape to slide view and type into a text box already
set up on the slide.  I get rid of everything possible on the screen in the
slide view but is there a better way?

I don't know if this is possible, but it would be useful.  I want to modify a
title slide to show either "Good Morning", "Good Afternoon" or "Good Evening"
to the user according to the time of day. A macro might be the answer. But
then, how could it be called automatically each ...

Thanks for the help.  We use Powerpoint at our church.  I am having a
problem training a person to create the pp presentation because when
they try to display my samples on their computer everything is shifted
around.

I'm having trouble inserting mp3 sound clips into a slide presentation using
PP'97 with Windows98. When I open the insert sound box, the mp3 files don't
show up as 'sound files' but do show as 'all files' - then will not install.
Any ideas?

My toolbars seem to randomly default to the standard PowerPoint toolbars.  I
do not have a dual log in.
For some reason, when I open up PowerPoint the custom toolbars I have made
disappear and I have the default PowerPoint toolbars.  I do have a demo

I have a slide presentation and would like to add a narrative to it.  When I
load the presentation and select Side Show... Record Narration... I click on
Set Microphone Level I get the ! warning that PowerPoint is not receiving
sound from the microphone. My mike is on and working ...
