when I go to select an address for an email in my "to" box, the list shows my
contacts email and fax number (2 different lines). How can I set it to just
show email addresses without deleting their fax from my contact list

I have a slide that requires multiple entries of different names using the
same write-up. Is there a function similiar to mail merge that will allow me
to accomplish this task.

I need to transfer video from my new Kodak 6490 camera into a powerpoint
presentation.  I can't get it to convert into Windows Media Player so it
won't work.  I'm using MS Office 2003.

The 'attribute box' which I am supposed to click to make it 'read only' is
greyed out. I've tried everything and nothing works.

Hello.  For the first time, I went to the "slide design" function and began
clicking through all of the possibilites.  Unfortunately, I did not notice
that each time I clicked it was automatically  changing all the slides I'd
already completed.    Not only did this ruin two hours ...

l loose two textes on wordpad and l do'nt know what l have to do to find out

I am using a Truetype font in my slide masters.  Sometimes when I open my
files (ppts & pots) I cannot see the font in the normal mode, but it is
visible in the slide preview, and the presentation mode.  The problem is

I have a relative using PowerPoint 2003 on Windows XP. He has created a very
large (600 slides, 350 mb) slide show of a vacation trip taken by his family.
He also has music playing in the background of the entire slide show that is
coming from a variety of linked music files.

I am going to send a query to MS about this ppt problem.  Read this and tell
me if it makes sense.

certain graphics don't display. All I get is a grey box with a little x in

When I insert / edit a label on the y/x axis in charts, .ppt defaults
this as bold text, which I have to manually change every time - does
anyone know a way round this?

We run a novell client for windows server. When we set up a client for office
