average file size I am printing is between 100mb - 300mb.  When I print the

I am in the middle of presenting an Intro to PowerPoint and have created an
organisation chart.  When using animation, is there any way you can ask
PowerPoint to bring each one of the people onto the screen individually?

I am working on a PP presentation that has excel spreadsheets imbedded in it.
When I open a spreadsheet for editing in PP, the normally "invisible"
gridlines become visible and I can't make them go away.  Does any one know

How do I draw a half circle and use the fill and line tools?   PPT tools
allow ovals and other similiar shapes but not a 1/2 circle.

I made a powerpoint slideshow with backgroung music. It works fine on my hard
drive. I burned it onto a CD alon with the sound files but I can't get it to
open from the CD. This is a major problem as I was planning to present it
using someone else's computer.
