How can I make my connector lines between shapes in an organization chart straight? Although I draw from one blue square to another and lock the connector into place it is crooked no matter what I do. This usually happens when my two shapes are very close together.

When I create a text box, how do i set it to automatically resize the font, when enlarging or shrinking the textbox. The standard text box that is the part of the slide template, seems to have this feature.
