I have a problem. If I copy an excel 2D pie chart into powerpoint as an wmf
file and then ungroup the picture. All colors disappear?
Any one heard of this before? Solution?

I'm having problems recording a Powerpoint narration. All sound
recordings in Powerpoint, whether done with "record narration" or
"record sound" end up with serious background noise. Other recording
applications - Windows sound recorder or Guitar Tracks Pro - allow

I had my computer cleaned by a professional. He had my disks, but I no longer
have powerpoint. I am running XP Pro 2002 yet it doesn't exist. I have old
presentations that I can not open either.

Do I put a reference at the bottom of each page with a footnote or add a page
at the end of the presentation for references?

Just to clarify
If I make a presentaion in 2003, I know I cannot view it with the additional
animations in normal, 2000 powerpoint.
But can I view it in Powerpoint Viewer (.pps file)

I have placed photos on slides to form a page for a book.  One contains added
text and arrows.  When I change the picture's position on the page the text
and shapes are left behind.  Can they be fixed to the picture?  Is there a
