I would like to embed a Microsoft Word file with macros into my Power Point
Presentation but by having it displayed as an icon so that you can click on
the icon during the slide show and have the MS Word document appear.  Does
anyone know if this is possible?

I have been asked to update a .pps file but when I open it in powerpoint I
cannot edit it because there are embedded fonts therefore read only. I
cannot copy and paste slides to a new presentation or edit any object on the

Here is the story
A person at work has been working on power point presentation for 1
year, when we though he was done, he said he decided to use AVI so we
don't have to click slide to slide to slide manualy but it will do it
