Is there a way to Record Narration with the slides in Normal View
(notes showing)?  Each time I attempt to record, the view changes to
Slide Show and I can no longer see the notes that I planned to use to
narrate.

I accidentally hit "save" instead of "save as" so all my work for the
original document is gone.  How do I recover this file?

My self-directed presentation has 84 slides and will be even larger
once I add sound.  Thus, it takes a long time to load, leaving the
viewer looking at a blank, black or white screen.
Is there a way to show a single slide while the rest of the slides are

I'm sure we're not alone, but we create many sales presentations using
PowerPoint 2000. As time has gone on, we add slides, images, video clips,
etc. Years ago we had 1.5m presentations, now they are 100M or more.
What is the best way to go about getting these to a managable size ...

I just installed PP 2003 on my laptop.  The performance speed for editing,
creating, and viewing slides is very, very slow.  How can I correct this
problem.

I'm running XP with Radeon 9700 card and 2 moniters.  I can click the option
"Show Presenter View" but when I start the presentation, powerpoint crashes.  
Is there a fix for this?

When I print anythign out in PowerPoint, I get a fully black 8.5x11 piece of
paper.  I had this problem once before, and the answer was a simple option
however I can't remember what it is.  

I'm working with someone else's PPT presentation and trying to decrease the
file size - resizing text boxes (making them a closer fit to the wording),
cutting and pasting the pictures as .jpegs, etc.  But everytime I save the
file, it increases.  Just cutting a picture and ...
