I managed to get my swf files into PPT but once they run the remain at the
end of the movie (stalled on the last frame) even if I close and open the PPT
file. Does anyone know if there is something that has to be included in the

If I take an image and make 4 copies of it on my hard disk, then insert
(embed) each one on a slide, does PowerPoint embed the image 4 times or can
it figure out it is the same image and just reference it once?  Based upon

I use PP 2003, it seems the only option is to burn to a cd, most of my
computers do not have a cd burner.  I tried to "save as" to a flash drive and
move to another computer but the embedded files, sounds, music do not follow.

I created a presentation on a Mac and then burned it to a CD and then opened
it on a PC (Win XP) in PowerPoint 2003.  Now, I cannot open the file on a Mac
with PowerPoint 2001.  PowerPoint just shuts down when I try to open the
file.  Is this just a Powerpoint version ...

I recently found some older PPT files I'd like to open.  I don't know what
version created them, but it was between 1992 and 1994 when they were
created.  PPT won't open them at all.

I have the 2003 version of powerpoint but when I insert an object, I don't
get the option of inserting an edrawing.  I have seen edrawings inserted in
the 2000 version.  Is there a way to add edrawings to the list of objects or
insert it another way?
